A hundred and fifty statements across fifteen departments. This is the diagnostic we run in the setup week of a sprint, unchanged. It takes about forty minutes and it is not designed to produce a flattering score.
How to use it
Score each statement from 1 to 5, as you believe your organisation would honestly answer it. The aim is to find where the organisation will slow, distort or kill early innovation before customer evidence can surface.
You do not have to finish in one sitting. Your answers stay in this browser until you clear them, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask us to look at it.
One person cannot answer all of this honestly. The instrument works properly when each department answers its own ten. Use the section list to jump around, or send a colleague the section that belongs to them.
