How it works
A small, legally and financially independent team operates outside the corporate machine, but close enough to benefit from it. The corporate gets entrepreneurial speed, commitment and risk appetite. The entrepreneurs get controlling equity in what they build, a plausible exit route, and access to distribution, capital, supply chains and credibility they could never assemble alone.
The deal works because both sides get something they genuinely need. It only works if the corporate does not compromise the business — which is why we are direct about readiness before we start, and why some engagements end quickly.
The process is called Rinsing. It is not negotiable, and that is the point: it is the thing that makes the outcome repeatable rather than lucky.

Work with us
-
Read the book
Everything we do is in it. If the argument does not land, we are not the right people for you and the book has saved us both a meeting.
-
Read the pre-read
How we structure things operationally, legally and financially. We will send it over.
-
Then we talk
If it still looks like a fit after both of those, we will find a time.
A note on language
Retire the innovation theatre.
Kill the hackathons. Retire the sticky-note rituals. Stop pretending that enthusiasm is a strategy. Credible, committed, battle-hardened entrepreneurs will not orbit your innovation planet if they think you are still playing at innovation.
The market can smell whether you are serious.
