A morning with your innovation team, and an honest answer about what you are actually testing.
Bring the three or four propositions currently consuming most of your innovation budget. We restate each one as a claim specific enough to be proved wrong, then work out what the smallest experiment would be that could embarrass it.
Most do not survive the morning. That is the point, and it is considerably cheaper than finding out in year two.
There is no deck. There are no sticky notes. No follow-on engagement is assumed.
